Two did not make their stated goals. Susie -- you still did a lot this week. Susie and Reg -- sorry both of you were feeling bad. We need to listen to our bodies when we can't do as much as usual.

One is working on setting new goals. Karen -- I'm sorry for your challenges. But, you're doing the right thing. Assessing what you can do and working on finding a new plan that will work for you.
