Sorry if this topic has been flogged to death. But, my neuro is recommending that I start on Ocrevus. I'd like to know how others decided to do it or not, given the heightened risks of cancer. thanks.

I don't have MS so I can't answer your question from personal experience but my understanding is that since Ocrevus appears to preserve upper limb function it should be beneficial in PPMS. God forbid arms becoming weak if legs are already so.
I believe one study indicated a 2.3% increased risk of cancer. It will be interesting to see if that figure changes as Ocrevus is used for a greater length of time.
