Does anyone know which hep b blood test they have had before going on Ocrevus / Rituxan ? My regular specialist did the acute hep b test (which was negative) and when i went for a second opinion they did the hep bc Core (which was positive). My regular specialist said that I’m fine to move ahead and the core was positive due to exposure at any point in My life. But isn’t the whole warning that it can Reactivate something old? The second opinion doctor said they won’t treat me until I get clearance from a GI doctor. Im supposed to start my first round on the 21st.
