In the Limbo since January 1 2018

Here’s my story , I will try to be a short one. I wake up on January 1 of 2018 and I couldn’t see for my left eye. I panic , and went to an oftalmology the next day. He runs some test in his office and told me I got to see an specialist right away, It was neuritis. Then I saw an neurology oftalmology , excelent doctor , he run lots of blood test . Everything came negative. I went to a neurologist and I’m waiting for my insurance to approve the MRI for the neck and spine. I have numbness on my toes, gluteus, lower back . They did and MRI of my brain and came negative too. Hopefully after the MRI of the spine have some answer. I have a lot of headaches , pain on my hips and legs.

Sorry to learn that you have been dealing with a lot of symptoms since January, and no diagnosis.

Has there been any improvement in your left eye since January? I hope it is better for you.

Also, I wonder if your neuro could prescribe something for your headaches and leg pains, if the pain is really bad.

It's frustrating enough to have numbness and pain, and not knowing the cause is discouraging.

In any case, let's hope that you do get some answers after your spinal cord MRI.

Finally the insurance approved the MRI of my neck and spine. Next Monday 14 , will be done. 😊
