Has anyone gotten any help from doing physical medicine for their tingly/numb hands?

I have been dealing with off and on tingling in my hands as well as some coordination/weakness for some time now and was wondering if anyone has gotten any reprieve from doing physical therapy.

I had PT, which helped with the weakness in my hand/arm. But did nothing for the pain and numbness.

I bought a few things on my own that I use to help maintain strength. One is a sueeze thing, that has separate pulls for each finger. The other is a full hand queeze.

Not sure if you have dexterity issues with it. I do. I bought puzzle that is for tieing knots, also try to shuffle cards, pick up pegs and put in associated holes (similar to timed test that neuro gives). At this point, trying to maintain what I have. Frustrating, as I lose a little each time.

    Good luck.
