    Mavenclad versus Ocrevus

Assuming Mavenclad gets the FDA approval, what do you see as the pros and cons between these two DMTs? I´m looking ahead to when the Ocrevus clinical trial ends.

    Ocrevus is approved in USA.

Mavenclad is not approved in USA. I have no idea why it isn't. Lemtrada is approved but Cladribine is not. It makes no sense to me.

Con: cladribine isn't FDA approved for MS.
pro: cladribine is taken orally for five days. Or subcutaneously. Then again in a year. Then you're done forever. The drug also gets into the CNS.

Con: Ocrevus does not get into the CNS and it's an infusion done every 6 months for the rest of your life. Pro: it's FDA approved.
