flare?

I'm having a lot of trouble walking,
have been for the past week. Typically this is one of my lesser sx (although I am on Ampyra). Just getting ready for work this morning used up most of my spoons & I didn't even make it to the car!
Might this be weather related (it"s been cold for Houston)? Or could this be a flare? (None of my other sx have increased.)

Could you be dealing with an increase in leg spasticity?

Common possible triggers causing an increase in spasticity:

*urinary tract infection
*constipation
*skin irritation(such as ingrown toe nail, etc) /breakdown of skin
*infection
*viral infection/cold/flu
*flu vaccination
*pain/muscle or joint pain
*excessive fatigue
*extremes of temperature/high humidity
*stress/anxiety
*tight shoes/clothing
