I made my goal. I've been doing some packing ea day and I also got my floors swept. This makes me happy.

I hope all of you are doing well and reached your goal.

      Made Goal

      Hi everyone

Made goal - up on feet (doing simple chores/activities) for 30 min, 4X a day, every day - and daily stretches.

Did 1 extra 30 min session this week. Cooler/less humid weather seems to be very beneficial.

REG - so glad for you that you are getting the necessary activities accomplished! Looks like you are pacing your workload well.

Good energy and stamina to all!

        Made my goals .

        I walked over 3000 steps on 6 out of 7 days, averaging 3780 steps/day.

I not only got the areas in my home ready for the tropical plants - I have moved ALL plants to their 'winter homes' .

My 'bonus' was 2 days spent on volunteer work .

KoKo -Awesome job . I envy your commitment to completing your goals. Too many times I can push a little more and decide not to .

REG - Great! Sounds like you will be all packed up well before your move (which always makes it less stressful). And I agree. A CLEAN house is a HAPPY house .

Good job to all who are moving .

Well, my house must be unhappy, but that will definitely be a new goal for me for next week! I've spent a lot of time this week trying to wrap up my gardening cleanup and unpacking boxes, sorting and making room for the new stuff. My house has been neglected.

I neglected to do any arm weights this week and now have forgotten what I was doing, but feel like I made up for it in my garden and unpacking, etc.

Next week goals will be the same except for the arm weights. Add house cleaning.

          Good job everyone!!
