    Week before infusion

Just wondering if anyone else feels like the tysabri has worn completely out after 3 weeks. I am more mobile couple days after infusion but that last week I can't accomplish a thing. Stay on the recliner or bed. PAIN, FATIGUE, WEAKNESS ETC......
Should I move on to something else?
Has the tysabri worn out it's welcome?
I've been on it for approximately 2 1/2 yrs.

I used to call it jonesing for my Ty My body acted different than you and I think by 2 1/2 years I was over it, not starting it ? If the other 3 weeks are good and your MRIs are favorable I would talk to my Dr for any info re what you are experiencing instead of seeking a new med ?? This is me and I've been on Ty for 11 years next month

I can relate. It used to be just a few days before, but now a week. Once in a while, it goes back to just a few days, but most times, the whole week. And it varies in intensity.

I'll forget, try to do something, get frustrated...my husband the asks when my infusion is. And the bulb goes on.

I am now 6 years into it. No changes on MRI and it did slow my progression. So for now, staying put.
