    I now have potential reason this has happened - it's the vitamin D 2000iu I take daily. Apparently D is good for fighting off and minimizing flu effects.This should probably be moved to the wellness section.

    I took care of the hub while he suffered with a really awful case of the flu a few years back. I take Vitamin d3 daily-- I know it kept me from getting sick. It's great stuff.
