Venous Insufficiency

My Foot,DR says,I have Venous Insufficiency.My,leg swells.The,ball of one foot,get's numb?
Anyone,have this condition with MS ? Throatic outlet,ulnar nerve,list goes,on (tested yrs ago)

Not sure on the Venous Insufficiency.
Both my feet are swollen - can't seem to get rid of the edema. My left is worse and that's my weak side that has numbness. Been to the podiatrist.
The non-activity due to my ppms doesn't help.
