    Thank you for your answer but I think Alsup should have caught that.

    My application was denied and Alsup said they closed my case because it wasn’t a good case for them. Done with this now.

    Got a letter from gubmint saying I’m not disabled! Yay! I guess I’m bedridden for no reason.

    I’m ok just really done with this.

A part time job below certain thresholds for income and hours may not prevent you from collecting SSDI benefits for the same timeframe. Even a position that was above the income/hours threshold but only lasted a few months may be considered a 'failed attempt to return to work' and would not necessarily reset your eligibility.
