Tecfidera is known to lower T-cells

I've been on Tec since 2014. Neuro cut my dose in half 6 months ago due to blood work trend and bruising. CD4 dropped from 372 to 150 and my CD8 dropped from 369 to 189 last week. Has anyone else experienced this drastic of a change. I was trending down on Tec but this was a massive drop in 6 months on a half dose. I had repeat labs today and have been pulled off of Tec. Just curious if I'm alone on this T-cell count.

Lab Results

I am new to MS and learning...my lab results list WBC 3.9 and Lymphs (absolute) 1.1. They do not list t-cells (CD4 or CD8) so I don't know how to compare (?)
