    Obi Assistive Dining Device

    Hello!
I would like to share some information about a new assistive dining device. It is called the Obi. Here is the link to the webpage: https://meetobi.com It has a beautiful, modern design and is operated by using switches. It is easy and fast to train the device. The company is even offering a free, two week trial according to their website.

Also, if you have not seen the Liftware eating utensil yet, it is wonderful for people with Parkinson's disease and other tremor disorders. Here is more information on that: http://www.liftware.com I've given demonstrations of the device to people with Parkinson's and it has been amazing.

    Have a wonderful Holiday season!

Thanks for posting this. The Liftware is exactly what I need. I have limited arm motion and hand strength, which is progressing. I've tried handles that make utensils easier to grip, but the angle is still a problem.

I hope someone has experience with the obi.

Yea! I'm glad you found the information useful! If you get the device, please post your experience with it. I'm sure that would help a lot of people to read a user's viewpoint.
