    Muscle cramping upon injection

My SS nurse said the reaction was normal, but I'm not seeing anyone else mentioning this reaction to the shot. About 20 seconds after the injection is done it feels like a championship boxer winds up and punches me right where I injected. Minimal stinging or burning but omg the muscle cramp. I reduced my depth which helped, then ditched the autoinjector and went manual which helped more, but I still get the muscle cramping. If I do my arm my entire bicep aches. If I do my butt it hurts down to my knee. Anyone else get this? Thank goodness icing immediately helps and it's gone in 40 min or so.

It doesn't sound normal to me.

Intense stinging for several minutes and bumps & soreness that lasts for days, but never cramps.

I use the autojector (set at 4-5) on my arms & hips, and do the thighs & stomach by hand. I have found it to be more painful if I inject too deeply, but not cramping.
