    Ugh

    I woke up this morning feeling really stiff and then pain started moving around. Stretching helped while I was stretching but everything returned when I stopped.

    Now, the entire left side of my body hurts like I had been lifting weights in the gym all night. The side of my neck, the upper part of my chest, my upper back behind my shoulder, my rib cage, my leg and my foot.

    Does anyone have suggestions?

    Well I took a hot shower like an idiot. It was worth it for the 20 mins of relief but now I feel like complete junk.

    This is miserable. Tomorrow will be a new day.

      ME TOO

      Hi jamilea I also get very stiff and bad leg pain usually at evening time .. I take muscle relaxer & gabopentin and i get in a hot tub for muscles to relax now the secret is only do this just before bedtime cause when you come out the legs will be like rubber and you are exhausted . it also helps me get to sleep as you know insomina is very common .
