    Foot Cramps?

Does anyone experience frequent bilateral foot cramping? Sometimes my feet just feel tight and other times my foot will go into an actual 5-10 second cramp in different parts of the bottom of my foot. I know leg cramps are common, which I also get, but the foot cramps worry me!

Yes - bilateral foot cramps. Longer than 10 seconds (more like hours ).

The left side is worse - I can count on it to 'act up' daily - but the right isn't going to be out-done. Strange, but my toes are more affected that other parts of my feet, and 'toe cramps' HURT!
Massaging my feet help get over the worse pain, but they still feel, as you say, tight. I also take baclofin.

Hope that you can find something to help.

I get cramps in both of my feet. It isn't every day though thank heavens! The cramps I get are in the middle of the bottom of my feet. I used to be able to point my toes down in both of my feet. Now, I can only do it in my right foot. If I do it in my left at all, it cramps up right away, the entire foot.
