    changing of the seasons

Good grief! It's been a rough one, I still can't get over how much the changing of the seasons affects me and my ever present sidekick MS. Lethargy, fatigue, balance, all exacerbated by losing 2 minutes of sunlight a day.

anyone else getting kicked in the pants?

It's the time of year that I up my dosage of Vit D. Since I so dislike taking meds I always drop back down in the spring/ summer months, but September / October means that its time to up it again. PLEASE - CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR before taking my advise! But that is what my nuero suggested (well actually they suggested that I take the increased amount all year ).

There is a thread on here somewhere about a light that helps, but I don't have one so I can't tell you much more about them.

But to answer your question - Yes there is someone else that feels the loss of sun (even 2 mins a day).
And yes, it boggles my mind that it can cause so many problems .

Hope that you can find something to help with the symptoms.
