    VitaminD

Anybody know the difference between vitamin D and vitamin D3

I thought I read an article in Neurology Now but I don't have the magazine anymore and I tried finding the article on line but no luck

It might be brain fog but I thought the article said vitamin D3 wasn't good for ms people

I have been taking vitamin D3 for yrs

    Thank you for any responses

    D3

    Dear Shoo,
It is my understanding that it is just the opposite: D3 is the good one

      Hi Shoo:
You must have misread the article in Neurology Now. It doesn't say anything about anything being bad for MS, and it recommends D3, as it should, because D3 is the most readily absorbed form of vitamin D. So keep on taking it.
