lately I have been EXTREMELY tired. The other day I fell asleep mid sentence while on the phone. I have called my neurologist and I let her know. She blamed it on the fact that I had a UTI. This has been an ongoing problem for at least a month. I am primary progressive, so I am not in the middle of a flare. The good news is that I have an appointment in a week. I take modafinil currently. Has anyone been through this? What did you do? Is there a home remedy that has worked?

falling asleep mid sentence
You could have obstructive sleep apnea. It is very common with persons with MS.
I was diagnosed and treated by a pulmonologist. After diagnosis, I was put on a CPAP machine, used at night only. WOW what a difference!!!!
I do not know of any home remedies.
Good luck and let us know what happens
