Bought one of those veggie spiralizer gadgets and love it! I have given up gluten and the GF pastas are not the greatest.

Made up a recipe IŽll call Frutti di mare

1 onion
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
sea salt to taste
black pepper - freshly ground
1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 box of diced tomatoes or 1 can tomato sauce
1 can clams whole- drained
1 green summer squash aka zucchini

Use either a deep frying pan or a large pot with lid.
Chop onion and garlic, sautee in olive oil. While sauteeing, put squash through spiralizer to create "pasta". When onion mix is soft, add paprika, salt and pepper. Let paprika coat onions and set a bit. Add tomatoes and oregano. Add the zucchini and cover the pan. Let it cook on low to soften the zucchini. Add clams and allow to heat up. DELICIOUS and the veggie pasta has the feel of the real deal.
