Hi,

I just turned 50 and am recently diagnosed with rel/rem I am still learning about it and hope to learn some things here.
Such as can severe emotional stress cause an episode? I just had to have my best friend and constant companion The World Famous #alexdboxer put down. I have noticed numbness returning to my L foot and spreading up. I've just had one initial severe episode 5 Mos ago, and that's how it started.

Yes I have also experienced a relapse after a very stressful time. I was also quite fatigued as well. I was told that stress can in fact trigger symptoms. Take care!
