Am I correct in thinking that the only way to collect VA disability for MS is if it is Service Connected only? I'm I right or wrong?

There is a needs-based non-service connected pension, but the criteria is stringent and not disease specific (for MS). http://www.benefits.gov/benefits/benefit-details/284
