Ingredients
3 sweet onions, sliced
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 pound boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
4 Tablespoons margarine, melted
1 can condensed cream of onion soup

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 In a large casserole, make alternating layers (2 each) of onion, potatoes, and chicken
strips.
3 Mix together soup and margarine.
4 Spread evenly over top of casserole.
5 Cover and bake 1 hour.
