Ingredients
16-ounce can pork and beans in tomato sauce
8-ounce can kidney beans, drained
1 cup tomato-vegetable juice
Chopped parsley
1 cup diced, cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon thyme
Directions
1 In large saucepan, cook ham and onion with seasonings in butter until onion is tender and ham is browned.
2 Stir in beans, kidney beans, and juice.
3 Bring to boil; reduce heat.
4 Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5 Garnish with parsley.
