Ingredients
6 cups wide egg noodles, uncooked
2 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup diced carrots
3 cups diced cooked turkey
10-1/2-ounce can chicken gravy
1/2 cup sour cream
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2 Cook noodles with cabbage and carrots according to noodle package directions; drain.
3 In bowl, combine turkey, gravy, sour cream, bacon, and mustard.
4 Add noodle mixture; toss.
5 Spoon into 2-quart casserole.
6 Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
7 Top with cheese.
8 Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
