Ingredients
13-1/4-ounce can chicken broth
1/2 cup EACH chopped green and red pepper
2 Tablespoons instant minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 medium red potatoes, pared and diced
2 cans (17 ounces each) cream style corn
1 cup cooked, cubed turkey
Directions
1 Combine broth, green and red pepper, minced onion, garlic powder, and pepper in 3-quart saucepan.
2 Cover.
3 Bring to boil.
4 Add potatoes.
5 Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
6 Add corn and turkey.
7 Stir.
8 Simmer 45 minutes.
