Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice, cooled
2 cups cored, diced apples
2 cans (6-1/2 ounces each) tuna in water, drained
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup cooked green peas
1/2 cup chopped onions
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup French dressing
Directions
1 Combine rice, apples, tuna, celery, peas, onions, and seasonings.
2 Toss lightly with dressing.
3 Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with cherry tomatoes, if desired.
