Ingredients
1/2 cup green cabbage
1 red onion, shredded
12 ounces frozen whole kernel corn
1 cup taco sauce
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
16-ounce can black beans, drained
Directions
1 Shred cabbage to desired texture.
2 Transfer to salad bowl.
3 Shred onion; add to cabbage.
4 Combine taco sauce and light mayonnaise.
5 Toss cabbage, drained beans, and corn with taco dressing just before serving.
