    Tangy Spinach

    Ingredients
    2 packages (10 0unces each) frozen, cut spinach
    1/4 cup onion, minced
    8-ounce container plain yogurt
    1 Tablespoon flour
    2 teaspoons margarine
    2 teaspoons celery salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    Directions
    1 Microwave spinach according to package instructions.
    2 Drain and squeeze dry.
    3 Stir in yogurt, onion, flour, margarine, celery salt, and nutmeg.
    4 Place on microwavable serving dish.
    5 Cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap and heat on HIGH 1 minute.
