Ingredients
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded white cabbage
3/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup thinly-sliced Bermuda onion
2 teaspoons corn oil
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1 Combine cabbage, carrot, and onion.
2 In separate bowl, blend yogurt, oil, horseradish, salt, and pepper.
3 Toss with cabbage to coat.
4 Chill.
