Ingredients
1 package frozen chopped spinach
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 Tablespoons butter
Pinch salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vinegar
Directions
1 Cook spinach with onion.
2 Melt butter, add spinach, well-drained, and stir.
3 Add salt and sour cream; mix well.
4 Stir in vinegar and serve.
