Ingredients
3 cups very thinly sliced cabbage
16-ounce can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup finely diced Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup diced green pepper
2 Tablespoons minced parsley
1 cup picante sauce
5 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
Directions
1 Combine all ingredients except bacon; toss lightly.
2 Chill.
3 Toss and top with bacon to serve.
