Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup butter OR margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
Powdered sugar
Directions
1 Heat oven to 325 degrees.
2 In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except powdered sugar.
3 Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed {3 to 4 minutes}.
4 Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into 1-inch balls.
5 Place on cookie sheets.
6 Bake 18 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
7 Roll in powdered sugar while still warm and again when cool.
