Ingredients
1 Tablespoon chopped onion
2 slices bacon, diced
20-ounce can pork and beans
1 Tablespoon ketchup
1/4 cup crushed ginger snaps
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
Directions
1 Saute' onions and bacon until bacon is crisp.
2 Drain.
3 Combine with remaining ingredients in lightly greased 1-quart casserole.
4 Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes.
