Fatigue and Occupational Therapy

Has anyone every seen an occupational therapist to help them with their fatigue? If you have, was it helpful?

My personal experience

I have not. But, have heard of many do that.

I am a support group leader and I have had an OT person come speak with my group.

It is a very good idea, IMO.
