No orgasm

Does anyone else have this? I have SPMS and most of my problems are physical. My body doesn't work for sex. All of my body not just that part. My wife would literally have to get me in bed. That sort ruins the spontaneity. So, sex is out. But, I did enjoy masturbating. It worked most of the time even though sometimes nothing came out during orgasm. Weird. However, starting in March, I haven't been able to achieve orgasm at at all. I get good errections that last for a good period of time. But, nothing else will happen. Thoughts?

Hi Kenmo99

Thing about nothing coming out is called 'retrograde ejaculation'. This is caused by the nerves controlling the bladder sphincter not functioning properly so the semen goes into the bladder rather than being expelled out.

It is not uncommon for males with multiple sclerosis to have these kinds of problems.

A urologist may be able to give you more advice.
