    Iced Coffee and Chocolate Pie

    Ingredients
    1/4 cup cold milk
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 cup milk, heated to boiling
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 Tablespoons instant coffee granules
    1 Tablespoon coffee flavored liqueur
    2 cups vanilla ice milk
    1 chocolate flavored pie crust
    Whipped topping

    Directions
    1 Pour 1/4 cup cold milk into blender container.
    2 Sprinkle gelatin over milk; mix on low speed.
    3 Let stand 3 to 4 minutes.
    4 Add hot milk; cover and process on low until gelatin dissolves, about 2 minutes.
    5 Add sugar, coffee granules, liqueur, and ice milk.
    6 Cover and process until smooth.
    7 Pour into crust.
    8 Chill at least 2 hours.
    9 Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls, if desired.

    MAKES 8 servings
