Ingredients
2 Tablespoons butter OR margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
8 cup shredded cabbage
Directions
1 In large skillet, melt butter or margarine; add chopped onion and caraway seed.
2 Cook 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
3 Stir in water, vinegar, salt, and hot pepper sauce.
4 Add cabbage.
5 Cover, simmer 15 minutes until cabbage is crisp tender.
