Ingredients
1 pound boneless pork cutlets, 1/4-inch thick
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 Tablespoons butter, divided
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
1 Dredge cutlets in flour, shaking off excess.
2 Heat 2 Tablespoons butter in heavy skillet over medium heat.
3 Add cutlets and brown on both sides, about 5 to 6 minutes.
4 Stir together remaining Tablespoon butter, honey, and pecans; add to skillet, stirring gently.
5 Cover and simmer 7 to 8 minutes.
6 Remove cutlets to serving platter; pour sauce over
