Ingredients
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup flaked coconut
20-ounce roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough, frozen
Directions
1 In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup walnuts and coconut; set aside.
2 With sharp knife cut half the cookie dough into twelve 1/4-inch slices.
3 Place on greased baking sheets 2 inches apart.
4 Spoon 2 teaspoons walnut mixture onto center of each cookie.
5 Slice remaining dough into twelve 1/4-inch slices, then place over cookies on baking sheets.
6 Press down lightly to enclose filling.
7 Sprinkle with remaining walnuts, pressing lightly into dough.
8 Bake at 350 degrees 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
