Why do other members' profiles when posting show them as "registered member" but mine does not, even after filling out the profile information on my account? Are there perks to being "registered?"

I think you have to have a number of posts before you are classified as a registered member, but I'm not sure as to how many. You'll notice that other new members are not 'registered' members as well. Hopefully one of the technical support people will come by and give a definitive answer.

You are in the system as a 'registered member.' As far as why it does not say that under your name, it may be a 'number of posts' issue, as Seasha stated.

I am going to look into this further, and will keep you posted.
