    "Remember the Titans"

    It's an old movie but I just caught it on TV.
    EXCELLENT!

    I cried like a baby at the end :-)

    I hope I didn't post this before… It's that old memory thing that goes along with MS! Go figure!

      Yes; I'm not a sports-watcher, but those sports movies are usually good, and this one was no exception.

      Symptoms began in JAN02
      - Dx with RRMS in OCT03, following 21 months of limbo, ruling out lots of other dx, and some "probable stroke" and "probable CNS" dx for awhile.
      - In 2008, I was back in limbo briefly, then re-dx w/ MS: JUL08      .
      - Betaseron NOV03-AUG08; Copaxone20 SEPT08-APR15; Copaxone40 APR15-present
      - Began receiving SSDI / LTD NOV08. Not employed. I volunteer in my church and community.

        Not only do I remember this movie....I was in elementary school when it all happened. Was strange and difficult times. Not just in Alexandria, Virginia, but through much of the nation, if what I remember from the news back then.

        Still...the movie and its message are great.....even for today.

        Well worth watching and discussing with our children.

        We all must remember and lean from the past so we may have that brighter tomorrow.
