Have you felt any improvement yet? I think it takes on average 9-12 months. What kinds of prices have people been paying for the 100mg?
In sum cca. 15$ a month. But I buy pure high grade Biotin powder from the PureBulk company, empty capsules (size 4) and I fill them with Biotin on my own. A 100g sachet costs cca. 130$. I've been taking 3x 100mg a day for 3 month, nothing was changed with my SPMS, but I am patient :-)
