Thanks, I will. Haven't been feeling to well the last week. You are in my thoughts though. Will try when I have more energy. I don't mean to whine but this is one tough week with other health issues. Thanks for the heads up. ;D Diamond

      Interesting...

I just went to the neuro who taught the neuro I have been seeing. Suffice it to say, I'm switching. I'd rather have the teacher. He's an MS Specialist and he's doing great things at Rush in Chicago. My original neurologist always answered my questions with "I checked with my colleague and...."

Anywho, the new guy told me to stay on the Rebif if I want (he's a Tecfidera fan) but switch to the 22mcg rather than the 44mcg because Rebif is known to cause brain atrophy (?!!!?) because it's such a high dose Interferon?! I researched Rebif up and down before choosing it and never read anything about brain atrophy. He also didn't like the liver issues it's known to cause... So I'm going back to the 22mcg next week.

These meds are a ******* trip. I feel like I have to choose which major organ I want to destroy when I pick a DMD: brain, heart or liver.
