Not sure where to post this: muscle spasm or quivering in bottom lip

I have developed some sort of spasm or twitching in my lower lip at times when I go to speak. It sort of reminds you of a quivering. I go to speak and no words come out just this spasm type of movement for a few seconds then the words come out. It's very noticeable, and my husband says it's more than a quivering.

Also have started to stutter at times.

This are new to me and wondered if anyone else ever experienced this type of issue before.

Have lots of cognative issues with not getting my words out or can't think of a word, but this is new.

It's not all the time just happening more often now.

Thanks you for any information you may have.

    Hi Lynn,

Every now and then my lower lip quivers. It's not ofen but a new symptom. I go seen Dr. on the 20th and that is marked down on my list to ask. It's a wierd feeling. I hope the stuttering subsides and the others. Man----oh-----man this MS is something else. I know that not ALL things and symptoms that happen to me are not MS but I'm guessing this one is.

    You take good care...........
