Can you have spasticity in other less obvious muscles?

I was diagnosed in September. After my 2nd flare up i started having spasticity in my thighs and hips. I now feel my back is spastic too. Is this possible, and does anyone else experience spasticity in other muscles?

    Yes

I have it in many areas. legs..arms...hands. I think it can pretty much present itself anywhere unfortunately

Spasticity is one of my primary symptoms and has been with me from my first flare 8 1/2 years ago. This first time I felt it in both my thighs, but primarily in my left.

Had second flare in Sept. this year that started with spasticity in my upper back and shoulder blades. Also developed spasticity again in my left thigh/hip and have also noticed it in my left calf.

I am sure I am having a third flare now as I have once again developed new symptoms and this time it includes spasticity in my right leg, but strangely it's in my groin. It is really uncomfortable and even makes turning over in bed difficult. So to answer your question, yes you can get spasticity in just about any muscle.

I'm not sure what is considered the common areas but for me I first experienced it in my lower back and hips. Now it is severe in my entire lower body and effects my hands slightly as well.
