When I eat whole foods, 8-10 servings of fruits & veggies a day and exercise I feel better. I am not saying I feel cured but I do feel enough improvement to make it worth eating healthy and staying active.

There is enough evidence by reputable MD's and PhD's to be reasonably sure that diet effects MS to reduce the MonSter's symptoms. Dr. Swank, Dr. McDougall, Dr. Wahls, Dr.'s Edelstien and Campbell have shown that diet can be a powerful tool in MS treatment.
The biggest problem with diet as a treatment for MS is there is little scientific study data for many reasons. If there is no way to profit from data collected from a study, there is no reason to spend money to conduct the study.
