Hello! I've been having what almost feels like cramping in my entire forearm. It comes on feels like my whole forearm muscles are getting very tight. It was so extreme the other day that is was very sore the following day. One day it seemed like trying to do yoga brought it on??? I'm not sur if this would be considered spacticity or what. Also I'm guessing the sciatic nerve in my left leg has been screaming tight for two days!!!! I'm having to find a new neuro because mine opted out of Medicare...........help!!!!

Have had my left forearm like that for about 2 years now and it is slowly getting worse.It moved into my hand and that is a real pain.I have it in both legs but only 1 arm. Someday baclofen I guess and have been trying to figuire out insurance needs because of it. I guess I have kind of accepted it and am just living with it until I can take no more then go complain about it. You are not the only one I guess enjoying MS.
