Arcade trouble

I can't seem to access any games, if I click on a game to play, the square gaming area is white with a exclamation mark in the middle. Can anyone explain what's going on?

Can't get to arcade on my tablet

I got an Amazon fire tablet for Christmas. But I can not access the arcade games. It says plug not available.

Can anyone help me.
